About
I grew up in Vienna, VA and attended the University of Virginia. I moved to San Diego right after graduating, where I still live with my wife Lauren. Since 2006 I have worked as a comedy writer at RiffTrax.com.
Other projects I enjoy working on/contributing to include:
[Citation Needed], a blog and podcast documenting The Best of Wikipedia’s Worst Writing
National High Five Day, a fake holiday I co-created in 2002
I recently co-authored a book called [Citation Needed]: The Best of Wikipedia’s Worst Writing.

Hi. I just wanted to see if you had any interest in seeing some materials from my grandfather. I believe he held a patent on the high five for a short time in the late 1970s. He created all kinds of products under the name High Five and has images of the original packaging and layouts.
Thanks!
Hi Conner – I’m reviewing a bad movie and found myself searching “dangers of toenail clipping.” Since you enjoy really bad writing I thought you’d enjoy this from an article on healthguidance.org (this isn’t a user comment, but from an article):
This means your toe will be exposed to injury, but it will also hurt when you put your socks on and when you walk around. This after all was the purpose of the toenail to begin with.
